- Corta el plátano maduro en troncos medianos, y se lleva a una olla honda con suficiente agua que los cubra. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que estén blandos para puré.
- Retira los troncos de plátano maduro cocinados a un tazón y agrega la mantequilla y leche. Realiza un puré hasta que se incorporen todos los ingredientes del pastelón de plátano maduro.

- En la refractaria que tenemos la primera capa del plátano maduro, luego el sofrito de cebolla, tomate, la carne molida y unas lonjas de queso mozzarella. Otra capa de plátano maduro, el sofrito de cebolla, tomate, carne molida y más queso. Otra capa de plátano maduro y por último queso parmesano.
- Se lleva al Horno por 20 minutos a 180 grados, hasta que el queso se gratina y quede dorado.. Ya!!! se puede servir.. Y se puede acompañar con pan francés y aguacate🥑. Es un plato que llena mucho....
