  1. Pelamos y cortamos los ajos en trozos pequeños.
  2. Lo mismo hacemos con la cebolleta.
  3. Y con el puerro.

  10. Añadimos el tomate frito, mezclamos bien, y dejamos otros 5min.
  11. Ponemos los calabacines en una bandeja de horno. Los vamos rellenando con la carne picada (no mucho, ya que tenemos que echar también la bechamel y el queso!)
  12. Hacemos la bechamel: ponemos el Aove o la mantequilla en una cazuela a calentar. Añadimos la harina y la tostamos. Vamos añadiendo poco a poco, mientras removemos, la leche. Añadimos sal. Seguimos removiendo hasta que esté a nuestro gusto (yo la he echo espesita, para que no se derramara toda!)
  13. Añadimos la bechamel por encima a cada uno.
  14. Añadimos el queso. Con el horno precalentado a 220°, metemos la bandeja, y dejamos unos 20min, o hasta que el queso esté doradito, y...¡¡a comer!!😋🥒🍴
