- Poner en la base de la olla cáscaras de plátano Maduro y seguido una capa de plátano Maduro y yuca, una parte de la carne de res, chorizo, tajadas de plátanos verdes, otra capa de chorizos y carne, y costilla de cerdo, finalmente la capa de tajadas de plátanos maduros que queden encima,.
- Agregar el caldo reservado de la carne, con la leche de coco, procurando que no quede caldoso, pero si jugoso, es decir que tenga sabor, condimentar al gusto. Se cubre con cáscaras de plátano igual que en la base y tapar la olla.
- Cocinar hasta que el plátano esté suave.
- Se puede acompañar con arroz y tortilla de maíz.
