  6. Ya hechas todas las capas, solo tenemos que cubrir con el queso rallado al gusto, pudiendo ser del que más nos guste: gouda, mozzarella, parmesano…

  7. Cuando la saquemos, la dejaremos reposar por al menos una media hora antes de comer.
