De último se echa la verdura a la carne y se vuelve a sazonar ya todo se le echa el vinagre y el vino, ya todo listo se pone en una chumpipera un poco de la preparación y se pone la gallina se empieza a rellenar toda y se echa encima también después se pone a hornear por tres horas a temperatura de 350 grados. Se puede acompañar con arroz blanco
