Vamos formando bolitas un poco más grandes que una nuez y utilizando una tortilladora colocamos una bolita entre dos plásticos y la aplastamos, la retiramos con cuidado, se coloca una cucharada del relleno en medio y se doblan ambos lados y puntas a formar unos rectángulos, cuidando de que queden selladas las orillas.
  4. Se van colocando en un sartén con bastante aceite para freírlos y que queden doraditos. Servirlos con una salsa verde y frijoles al lado.
    Se pueden rellenar con papitas guisadas o con queso, con rajas de chile poblano, con frijoles, etc.
    Servirlos con una salsa al lado o con guacamole o con crema.
