- 2 cucharadas hierbabuena u óregano fresco

- 1 chayote
- 3 papas
- 3 calabacitas
- 2 cucharadas arroz crudo
- 2 ramitas hierbabuena
- 1 cucharada consomé Knorr Suiza
- 2 cucharadas consomate Knorr Suiza
- 2 chiles chipotles en adobo (opcional)

- Aquí tenemos los ingredientes para las albóndigas.

- Revuelve perfectamente los primeros 7 ingredientes y forma las albóndigas. Reserva.



- Pica la cebolla y jitomates, fino. Calienta el aceite y acitrona.

- Agrega el agua, tapa y espera que hierva.


- En cuanto hierva, agrega las albóndigas. Tapa y espera 30 minutos.


- Mientras tanto, lava y pela las zanahorias, el chayote y las papas.Parte en pedazos grandecitos.
