  5. Teniendo ya bien enrolladito, poner las tiras de tocino a lo largo de tal modo que se pueda enrollar también la carne! El tocino tiene que cubrir la carne.
  6. Tapar con aluminio y llevar al horno a 180º C por 45 minutos, una vez pasada la hora, sacar y quitar el aluminio y volver al horno por otros 45 minutos. LISTO!
