- 1 lt salsa pomodoro (visitar mi receta)
- aprox 1k. Queso manchego o mozzarella c/suficiente
- 1/2 lt crema (opcional)
- 1 paquete pasta para lasaña
- 1 poco aceite

- Poner a remojar la pasta para lasaña en un recipiente con agua hasta cubrir. Si aún no tenemos hecha la salsa pomodoro, podemos elaborarla mientras se remoja la pasta. De lo contrario habrá que tenerla ya remojada y escurrida (tiempo de remojo aprox 1½ hrs. O hasta que esté flexible)
- En una sartén agregar un poco de aceite y freír la carne, sazonar y una vez lista verter a la salsa pomodoro. Dar un hervor, verificar sazón y reservar. Para montar la lasaña: en un refractario o charola rectangular poner una ligera capa de salsa pomodoro y esparcirla bien. Encima colocar una capa de pasta (ya escurrida)

- Y encima de ésta una capa de salsa con carne, crema (opcional) y queso. De nuevo una capa de pasta, carne, crema y queso y así hasta terminar quedando suficiente queso en la superficie...



- Ingresar al horno precalentado y hornear a 180° por 40 min o hasta que el queso gratine. Una vez lista, apagar y dejar enfriar un poco para que no se desparrame cuando cortemos. Servir y disfrutar!!
