  3. Se agrega 5 o 6 pasas por cada empanada, 2 o 3 aceitunas, en Chile y Argentina le agregan huevo cocido, es al gusto. Se pone una buena cantidad de carne y se doblan, pegando la orilla con un poco de agua, puedes ayudarte con una brocha de cocina.
  4. Se hace el repulgue con los dedos (nunca lo puedo hacer como se debe)
  5. Se meten al horno a 200° C por 15 minutos o lo necesario y se barnizan con un huevo y listo para disfrutar con vino Chileno o de Ensenada BC.
  6. Deben salir 4 empanadas muy grandes
