  10. Para la nogada, licuar la crema, la nuez de castilla pelada, el azúcar, el queso crema y el queso de cabra en la licuadora.
  11. Continuar licuado y a través del tapón de la licuadora agregar leche suficiente hasta obtener la consistencia deseada
  12. Agregar la copita de jerez y licuar un poco más para que se mezcle. Para servir, calentar el relleno, rellenar los chiles, bañarlos con la nogada
  13. Por ultimo decoralos con toques rojos de granada y verdes de perejil picado.
